The Wedeln canoe trip can best be described as a floating beach party with water guns, decorated boats, good food and plenty of spots to swim and have fun. Total trip is 6 miles, and we will keep a slow pace as we work our way past campers and other day trippers. This is a very social trip and it is easy to make friends with people on the river.
The weekend includes Friday night meet-and-greet, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, beer and wine, and a fire pit in front of the Wedeln house. A bus will pick us up Saturday morning and bring us to our put-in spot on the river, and pick us up at the end of the day. We will make a pickup and drop-off stop at the Makusues.
Registrants will receive a follow up email with the schedule and more info.
Payments are via PayPal and are due in full by June 24th, as we need to confirm all boats with the outfitter by that date.
